The advantages of polyester fabric are its wrinkle-resistance and shape preservation. Therefore, polyester fabric is very suitable for garment and label. It has become a kind of chemical fiber garment fabric used in daily life.

Polyester fabrics have the following characteristics

1. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic resilience, so it is firm and durable, wrinkle-resistant and ironing free.

2, polyester fabric moisture absorption is poor, wearing a stuffy feeling, at the same time easy to bring static electricity, dirt, affecting the appearance and comfort. However, after washing, it is easy to dry, and the wet strength almost does not decrease, no deformation, and has good washable performance.

3, polyester is a composite fiber fabric with good heat resistance, thermoplasticity, can be made into pleated skirts, pleats lasting. Meanwhile, the melt resistance of polyester fabric is poor, and it is easy to form holes when encountering soot and sparks. Therefore, wear should try to avoid cigarette butts, sparks and other contact.

4. Polyester fabric has better light resistance. In addition to being worse than acrylic fiber, its sun resistance is better than natural fiber fabric. Especially in the glass behind the sun resistance is very good, almost equal to acrylic fiber

5. Polyester fabric has good resistance to various chemicals. Acid, alkali to its damage degree is not big, at the same time not afraid of mold, not afraid of moth.
