The material of Woven patches is polyester yarn as woven labels,it support metallic threads woven too.But woven patch as more options for the yarn of merrowing and backup.For merrowing yarn,we can choose cotton ,polyester,chilon,etc.For the back up we can choose cotton fabric,non-woven cloth,knitting cloth,foam pad,etc.
Colors
We use Pantone colors to match the thread,Please note that 100% color matched is not guaranteed but we try our best to come as close as possible to the Pantone color provided.
1Labels can have up to 8 colours
Size:
The label can be customized to any size as you need.Our designer will draw mock-up for your approval before production.
Shape
Clothing patch also accept diecut process.we can make the patches from big to small,from comment shape like circle ,rectangle,square,to free shap.
