With the growth of the company, facotry strength enhanced, recently we joined a few B2B platform, foreign and domestic market, with the increase of order volume, in order to meet the production needs. Our company purchased a new Heidelberg printing press in July 2022. The machine arrived at the factory on December 23, 2022 already. It has been installed ,and it is being testing. It is expected to be put into production in the middle of December.

This is a fully automatic printing machine, it can automatically full paper board, automatic paper feeding, computer color matching, computer color control, support spot color printing, can support and compatible with various paper, various thickness of paper printing.Such as coated paper, uncoated paper, cotton paper, pearly paper, kraft paper, textured paper, etc.The maximum paper 740x530mm,minimum paper 210x280mm.The maximum printing size is 740x520mm.So it can custom print all kinds of paper products: such as clothing tags, catalogues, picture albums, flyers, color cards, manuals, boxes, paper bags, envelopes, color cards, boxes, etc. It has the characteristics of fast speed and accurate color. For example for speed, if the size of the tag is 6x10cm, the output can reach 120,000 pcs per hour. If the size of the flyer is 250mmx 30mm, the output can reach 32,000 pcs per hour. This machine can increase our total production and greatly ease the order jam. Adding a delivery guarantee for our customer.

This machine is just one of our 4 Heidelberg paper printing machines. And we also have silk printing machines,those can print paper ,fabric,organza,ribbon, plastic,etc.And we have rotary printing machines and flexographic presses,label printing machines for the clothing labels,wash care labels,size labels,brand labels,hem labels,cloth tags etc. We will buy more advanced machines in the future to meet the needs of our customers. And will eliminate the old, poor function, low capacity machine, reduce the error rate, to ensure the quality of our customer’s products.
